Replacement mount kit for the 2005-2012 Lotus Exige / Elise (S2)
Designed to fit the Lotus S2 chassis with 2ZZ-FE engines.
NOTE:
It is strongly recommended that all installs be done by a mechanic or automotive specialist.
Mounts CAN NOT be returned or swapped out after they have been bolted down (revealing bolt impressions).
PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS KIT FITS YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE BOLTING THEM IN PLACE.
NOTE:
Engine Mounts are built for performance driving. Although Innovative's bushings are made to absorb engine vibration, you may still notice slight vibration depending on your engine's series and HP. Mounts removes the dampening oil containers harbored by OEM/Stock mounts. By switching to stiffer mounts without the fluid reduces wheel hop and increases driving response.
The stock factory mounts allow for some serious movement in the engine and thus many problems for lotus owners. Our kit holds the engine securely with varying levels of stiffness available through several bushing configurations. Kit includes all four replacement mounts. Urethane stiffness from soft for the street to solid for the track is available. Unique no-tear vibration minimizing bushings. CAD/CAM Designed. Stress Analyzed. Lifetime warranty. All hardware is included.
